We Love Customer Satisfaction


A key proponent to a good business is customer satisfaction. Quite literally, customer satisfaction can make or break a business - in the end, the number one goal is to keep our clients happy. Where do you think the old adage “the customer is always right” comes from?

When there are many companies offering help with one service (i.e. Moving House), each individual company has to try to set itself apart and make it better than all the rest, while still remaining competitive and profitable. Often, that one defining aspect is the customer service.

At Citymove, we believe that customer satisfaction is an ongoing process - right from the first access of our website, to the help you receive from our move coordinators, to the booking you make, to the confirmation call we provide, to the courtesy call the drivers make upon arrival, to the move itself, and finally to the follow-up of the whole process.

Our office staff were picked in part because of their friendly, polite, and helpful demeanour. As part of their training our removalists are instructed on customer service, including giving advice on how best to manage the move, pack the truck, and place the belongings into the new place to provide a quick and safe move to garner the greatest possible customer satisfaction.
