There has been mass speculation after photos of a moving truck was seen outside of **Selena Gomez'**s house that perhaps the famous couple are moving in together. This is a logical explanation, after all, they have been together for almost a year now, and they fact that they are celebrities makes them inherently more mature than the rest of us plebeians, so this new development must mean that they are taking the next step in their relationship and deciding to cohabit, right?
The problem is that there is no real evidence to support or deny this claim. The only evidence that the tabloids have based this absurd claim on is that a moving truck was seen outside of Selena's home. There may also be the vague and offhand comment from Selena saying that she wants to move out of her parent's house, and the fact that Justin has bought a $6 million home. But this doesn't mean that they are moving in together. Perhaps, Selena is just being a normal 20-year-old that wants to get out on her own, and maybe Justin is just a normal 18-year-old multi-millionaire. At the same time, there are other tabloids publishing that the couple is actually on the rocks and that Selena is trying to make a clean break from Justin.
But nobody really knows anything about what goes on in the life of these celebrities, and really there is no way to know until they actually say something definite. This is the same as Mary-Kate Olsen moving in with her boyfriend, Oliver Sarkozy, the former French President's half-brother, as the only evidence that the tabloids have is that Sarkozy has bought a $6.25 million home in New York City. He has said that there is space for Mary-Kate's clothes, but he has actually said that she won't be living there, yet tabloids are still speculating.
Perhaps the tabloids should just give the celebs their privacy, and respect that their relationships are the same as normal relationships, and that they are allowed to take years to move in together. Just because they are celebrities does not mean that they have to move in together faster than a normal couple. If you had a 20-year-old daughter that had been dating her 18-year-old boyfriend for less than a year, would you even consider that they might be moving in together? Not unless she's pregnant, of course, but that's a whole different can of worms.
